Health administration is the most online path
Health services managers typically need a bachelor’s degree, often in health administration, nursing or business. Employers may also want experience in an administrative or clinical role at a hospital or clinic. Source · BLS
That makes it a fit if you already work in health care. You can study online while you keep building the experience employers look for.
Nursing online means classes, not clinicals
Registered nurses take one of three paths: a bachelor’s, an associate degree or a diploma from an approved program, and all three include supervised clinical experience. RNs with an associate degree or diploma can finish a bachelor’s through an RN-to-BSN program. Source · BLS

Earnings and debt cover every graduate of that field and credential at the school, online and on campus together, so they describe the school's graduates, not what any one student will earn. Earnings are the median for graduates working and not enrolled four years after finishing (2017-18 and 2018-19 graduates, in 2024 dollars); debt is the median federal loan debt of graduates (2018-19 and 2019-20); "Not published" means Scorecard suppresses the figure for a small cohort.
